Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing ErgoSalah. We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below, you will find our comprehensive guide to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, altered, or not in a resellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to process your return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Please attach photos or videos of the product to verify its condition.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with specific shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Company Error (Defects/Wrong Item): If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), ErgoSalah will cover the shipping costs.
Return Processing Fee:
Please note that a $15 processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. This fee covers administrative costs, quality inspection, and restocking efforts.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you discover any damage or issues:

We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a standard return process (subject to shipping costs and the processing fee mentioned above).

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, the refund (minus the $15 processing fee) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days from our approval notice, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us directly.
